Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Malka Cleaning ("we", "us", "our"). By commissioning our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services
1.1 Malka Cleaning offers various cleaning services, including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, and Airbnb changeovers.
1.2 The specific services to be provided will be outlined in the service agreement or quote provided to the client ("you").
2. Booking and Confirmation
2.1 Bookings can be made through our website, via email, or by phone.
2.2 Upon receipt of your booking request, we will confirm availability and provide a quote.
2.3 A booking is considered confirmed once we receive your acceptance of the quote and a deposit of £20, which is taken at the time of booking.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices for our services are based on the size of the property, the scope of work, and any additional services requested.
3.2 All quotes provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on the actual work required.
3.3 A £20 deposit is taken at the time of booking.
3.4 Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.5 We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
4.2 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a loss of your deposit.
4.3 Malka Cleaning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative date or a full refund.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 You are responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed time.
5.2 You must ensure that the property is safe for our cleaners to perform their work.
5.3 Any special instructions or requirements must be communicated to us in advance.
6. Liability
6.1 Malka Cleaning is fully insured for public liability and damage caused by our cleaners.
6.2 While we take great care in providing our services, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by the following:
Items of monetary or sentimental value left in plain sight.
Wear and tear of property or items within the property.
Pre-existing damage or defects.
6.3 In the event of any damage caused by our cleaners, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service.
7. Complaints
7.1 If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can address your concerns.
7.2 We will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly and to your satisfaction.
8. Termination
8.1 Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing 14 days written notice.
8.2 Malka Cleaning reserves the right to terminate the service agreement immediately if you breach any of these Terms.
9. Privacy
9.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
